- Products must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.

180-Day Limited Warranty
Every Doluke paddle is covered by a 180-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty covers:
- Structural defects of the paddle core or surface
- Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, chips, or grip wear)
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications
- Commercial use or damage from play beyond normal recreational or competitive activities
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at support@dolukesport.com with the following details:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Photos of the product and the issue
- A brief description of the defect or problem
- Our customer service team will review your claim and provide further instructions.
- If approved, we will replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
