Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days, no questions asked.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.

180-Day Limited Warranty

Every Doluke paddle is covered by a 180-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty covers:

  • Structural defects of the paddle core or surface
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, chips, or grip wear)
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications
  • Commercial use or damage from play beyond normal recreational or competitive activities

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at support@dolukesport.com with the following details:
    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
    • Photos of the product and the issue
    • A brief description of the defect or problem
  2. Our customer service team will review your claim and provide further instructions.
  3. If approved, we will replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
