- You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements (Under Warranty)
If your Doluke paddle is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the 180-Day Limited Warranty period, we will provide a free replacement of the product.
To request a replacement, please contact our support team with:
- Proof of purchase
- Photos and description of the issue
- Your preferred shipping address
Once approved, we will send out a replacement at no additional cost.
Notes
- Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the product is defective.
- Doluke is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit, so please ensure proper packaging.
